Join TSA for their next Urban Affairs forum where they will be discussing Toronto’s Vision for Tall Buildings. The long anticipated City of Toronto downtown Tall Buildings Study has recently been released. Building on the city wide tall buildings guidelines released five years ago, this study has resulted in a set of performance standards, including regulations, that will determine where and how tall growth will occur in the downtown core. What does this study mean for Toronto’s city centre and what kind of change can we expect to see in the skyline, streetscape and everything in between?
